I know it’s Monday….so I know today is automatically pretty terrible…which means I also know there is no better way to start the week then with a quick workout even if you can’t get yourself to a gym. Give this 7 minute HIIT (high intensity interval workout) a try at home. It only requires your body weight so no excuses about not having this and that to complete it. Like it says, do each exercise shown in the pictures for as hard as you can for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest in between them. When you complete all of them, give yourself 1-3 minutes to catch your breath and then do it all again twice more!
