With the weather getting warmer and warmer, our sleeves are getting shorter and shorter. One of my goals for the next few months is to really work on my arms and get them to be as toned as as I’ve always hoped they could be. That being said, a great bicep and tricep routine is a MUST. I came across this fabulous 10 minute arm workout on FitSugar that focuses specifically on the biceps and triceps and runs them down till your arms feel like jello at the end! Luckily, the time passes by very quickly but your arms still feel great and you end up looking forward to the next time you do the video.
